New Blog!

The time has come once again. My brain thought it would be a good idea to create a new website once again. Well.. at the time of writing this post, the update is already out for like two or three MONTHS. Sometimes I do struggle a bit with motivation and sticking to something, but currently I'm quite determined and got a lot of my shit together to actually post here somewhat regularly.

This does not stop me though to NOW start with all kinds of fancy things. The core of the new design is to give a bit more insight into the stuff I do. Why you ask? Because I was quite bored and thought "Wow! That would be cool". Fun Fact! That is the only reason on why the Gayming section exists. Not only to just be a little of a show of in terms of the games I play, but also to organize myself a bit. I've struggled a lot to complete or even continue a game for a reason, that is yet unknown to me. Most likely it is due to the sheer amount of game choices that I have. Now though, I have somewhat of a list of games that I planned to play and guess what! First thing I did is kick it out of the window and start Paper Mario: TTYD. It's an awesome game and I can defintly recommend it. Currently I'm at the beginning of chapter five, struggling a bit keeping up with the enemies, but I got some ideas how to get up ahead again.

Back to the topic of this blog though, in the future you can expect some cool stuff that will come up, which I will also add to the project section once it is settled. This will be more of a personal project to get everyhing out of my current workstation. Be excited for the stuff that I will do once I commit to it! It will contain a lot of tinkering, virtualization, quirks and weird tries of ideas that I have to get even more resourceful and not to forget, a lot of frustration!

Now to something a bit more important. Since this is just more or less a ramble and the first post, it could be that the blog pages may look different in the future. Especially if those posts can be split into multiple sections with headers and so on. I will not update old post designs along the line, since this will cost a LOT of time. The current strucute is all seperate HTML files for each article, which would all need manual adjustment.

At the beginning of my whole webpage journey I used the Ghost software to run my blog, but I wanted to opt into something that I do not need to host separately. This is mostly just due to infrastructure restictions, namely bad upload speeds. Yes, I do not expect a lot of traffic, but I still want to have everything stable and available at all times. Renting a vServer (VPS, Virtual Private Server) would be an option, but just for a blog I don't see the value. Therefore I integrated the blog into my own webpage for now.
